A letter I wanted to burn but published instead
Last month I had a poem published in a Valentine’s Community Zine, along with work from 50+ other poets. The theme was “letters I wanted to burn but published instead.”
The prompt made me reflect on how much bravery is found in sharing your truth and experience, especially when you know of a force fighting against that.
